Uncomplicated Chicken Recipes For Lunch

I certainly really like chicken dnd I know plenty of people really like it too. We often eat it but we are tired of consuming the same old chicken recipes. A ideal example would be fried chicken. It is so standard, that is why it is a excellent notion to give it a twist instead of just frying it. Let us explore some simple chicken recipes.

Chicken teriyaki

It is a Japanese inspired dish that is rather simple to prepare. All you have to do is marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar for 30 minutes or up to overnight. Soon after, place it in a pan or skillet with olive oil and bring it to a boil. Cook for a different 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Add teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) to boost the flavor. Let it stand for 5 minutes ahead of serving.

Chicken with parmesan cheese and mayo

All you need for this recipe is the principal ingredients: chicken, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese (You could add other ingredients if desired). First, preheat the oven to 350F. Mix the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in a tiny bowl. Then, rub the chicken with the mayonnaise mixture and place the chicken in a greased oven proof dish. Bake it for 15 minutes or until it is begins to brown.

Pineapple chicken

Cut the chicken as desired and saut it in onions and garlic until the chicken starts to brown. Add adequate pineapple juice (with pineapple chunks if you want) to make the chicken tender. Season with it salt Let it simmer for a different 5-8 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Serve warm with rice.
